Rooted in Scripture

We believe in the power of God’s Word to change lives. We strive to tell engaging Bible stories, connect with children in a genuine way, and build their critical thinking skills so they can learn to interpret the Bible for themselves.

Discipleship Based

There are many things competing for our children's attention and affection and only the transformative power of the gospel can capture that affection. Once that affection is captured we can build their knowledge to create well rounded disciples of Christ.

Small Church Focused

Faithful in Small Things is built for lay people. It's written with the knowledge that many churches need to have a large range of ages in the same room. It is written with a Kindergarten through 5th Grade audience in mind. All activities are low budget and adaptable for any class size.

Why Faithful In Small Things?

Children's ministry is often forgotten when looking for faithful stewards of God's Word, but it shouldn't be. Some of the most faithful believers I know are the people who have showed up to teach every week for decades. Good children's ministry is not flashy bounce houses and goody bags. It's slow, faithful discipleship. It's teaching God's Word week in and week out, shaping the minds and hearts of the children we have been entrusted with.

Knowing small things matter, is really no small thing.
